These auctions offer any licensed Realtor or Broker the opportunity to register clients for the auction and recieve a commission on the sale if their client is the successful bidder. If you have a client that may be interested in viewing a property please do not hesitate to contact us. Then when your client is ready to bid simply fill out the Broker Partipation Agreement, sign it, submit it no later than 48 hours before the auction begins.
